candice crushed saga

I've been thinking for a couple of weeks that I'd have to pun on Candy Crush when Candice was about to be kicked. She's not actually all that crushed, but it has been a saga. The fight during the comp was pretty much as bad as advertised, despite the fact that we had to miss the biggest zinger from Amanda about Howard's, um, manhood. The side-by-side rocking from both Candice and Amanda added to the awkwardness.

I keep thinking about the fact that I heard a while back that Amanda knows Mike Boogie in real life. If she got any coaching from him, I'd say it's showing. She's actually playing a sort of Will-like game by virtue of winning absolutely nothing and being nominated time after time. But yet she has none of Will's charm, and all of Boogie's crassness. It could be tips from friends, or it could be that she's just that kind of girl.

CBS announced today that BB15 will be a 9 person jury, and that both double-eviction casualties will be headed to the jury house. Even though I hedged, and I was wrong about a Final 3, I"m glad I called it. The end of MVP is still mere speculation, but it seems likely. I also kind of hope Julie tells them all it's been us for the last 3 weeks. It'll get Amanda off the kick-Judd-kick, and a bit off her game.

BB's been giving them game practice time, and they're pretty much clued into to tomorrow's DE. There's lots of talk about whom to nom. Judd's still after Jessie, and a lot of the rest of them are after Judd. Whatever happens, it's going to be a busy night.
