Strike! BB is IN!

It's "official ."  CBS has announced February 12 as the premiere date for BB9.  With the writer's strike affecting scripted shows, reality TV is stepping up to the plate.  The episodes will run on Tuesdays at 9, and Wednesdays and Sundays at 8.  It's not clear to me which night will be eviction night, but unlike BB8, which was originally announced with a Tues/Wed/Sun schedule, it's unlikely BB9 will move to the typical Thursday slot since it's held by Survivor.  Personally, I'd rather see BB in the Thurs. 9PM slot than on Wednesday, but whatever.

So, here we go again, way earlier than expected.  We'll start a countdown, and if the writer's strike is settled or this otherwise turns out to be a vicious rumour....oh well.
